Exchanges are possible up to 7 days after the customer receives the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings and hoop earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Returns will only be accepted for defects or breakage in transit if the product cannot be replaced. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, after we receive the product at our offices.

All of our jewelry comes with a free 1-year warranty for repairs resulting from breakage or manufacturing defects.

In addition, we offer an indefinite repair warranty for our pieces. After the first year from purchase, repairs will have a minimum cost intended to cover replacement materials and labor.
