- Shipments are made with Correos de Chile Express service. They take approximately 1 to 2 business days to arrive after dispatch.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges are possible up to 7 days after the customer receives the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings and hoop earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Returns will only be accepted for defects or breakage in transit if the product cannot be replaced. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, after we receive the product at our offices.
